WILLIAMS SOLAR PROJECT PHASE I & II
20 MW AC /  27.12 MW DC Array

The Williams Solar Projects are (2) two 10.00 MW AC (13.56 MW DC) solar PV facility that will be located on approximately 145 acres near the City of Jayton in Kent County, TX.  The Project will utilize photovoltaic (PV) solar panels on a ground mounted; fixed tilt racking system rotated 10 degrees to the west to maximize generation during the afternoon summer months.  White Camp Energy, LLC (“WCE”) is developing the Project with a target Commercial Operational Date (“COD”) of 2018.

The Williams Project Substation is physically located on the Project Site and per discussions with the TSP (Transmission Service Provider)  the Project may interconnect with the substation at either the following voltages: 15 kV; 25 kV; or 69 kV.  The TSP has already informed WCE that 30 MW AC of capacity may be interconnected at the Substation.

WCE has secured rights to lease approximately 145 acres at the Project Site for the sighting of the Project.  Lease rights include water rights for the contracted acreage.

WCE will work with their development partners and EPC contractors to ensure the Project is built at a cost in which energy generated by the Project can be sold into the ERCOT wholesale market at a competitive price.
